This year, MOGUNTIA-UKRAINE participated in INPRODMASH, the International Exhibition of Food Industry Equipment and Technologies. After the tense period of quarantine restrictions, this meeting has become a long-awaited event for the food industry. Manufacturers and distributors of machinery and food ingredients for the meat and food industry presented themselves at INPRODMASH.
MOGUNTIA-UKRAINE presented its latest product developments from the traditional segment of sausage and meat specialities. It delighted customers and interested parties with artisanal fermented sausage delicacies in fine mould, raw sausages with a Mediterranean flavour, Halal scalded sausages as well as high-quality and delicious cooked cured products.
Döner Kebab as eye-catcher
A special attraction for the fair visitors was our kebab skewer, which our technologists grilled directly at the stand and served to our guests with tasty dipping sauces from the MOGUNTIA FOOD GROUP.
MOGUNTIA-UKRAINE demonstrated its ability to supply not only individual ingredients but entire product concepts – from technological and flavour compounds to sauces and dips for serving convenience food.
