RECOMMENDED PREPARATION:
Marinate the prawns and skewer them alternately with the lime on the lemongrass. First a prawn, then the lime wedge, another prawn and finally the chilli pepper.

RECOMMENDED PREPARATION:
Cut the young bull’s rump into roulades on the slicer and lay them out. Lay the chicory and sugar snap peas on top, then fold them once lengthwise and once crosswise and skewer them. Then season with Raffiné and lemon pepper.
