FIERY PRAWN SKEWER

INGREDIENTS:

1 kg Prawn Black Tiger
300 g Lime
65 g DEKORA® Chilli Ginger CL | G84150
5 pcs. Lemongras
5 pcs. Chillies | E5000

RECOMMENDED PREPARATION:

Marinate the prawns and skewer them alternately with the lime on the lemongrass. First a prawn, then the lime wedge, another prawn and finally the chilli pepper.

PREPARATION:

Grill or fry on the barbecue or in a pan over indirect heat.

KUSHI-SKEWER

INGREDIENTS:

1 kg Young bull rump
100 g Chicory
100 g Sugar snap peas
30 g DEKORA® Raffiné Preparation for Spice Marinade OKZ | I56600
15 g Lemon pepper seasoning salt CLA | M3640
10 g Hawaii Curry Seasoning Mix | M3982
8 pcs. MOGUNTIA Bamboo Skewers 15 cm | M97007

RECOMMENDED PREPARATION:

Cut the young bull’s rump into roulades on the slicer and lay them out. Lay the chicory and sugar snap peas on top, then fold them once lengthwise and once crosswise and skewer them. Then season with RaffinĂ© and lemon pepper.

PREPARATION:

Grill or fry on the barbecue or in a pan.
