ORIENTAL BEEF RUMP IN COOKING BAG

INGREDIENTS:

1 kg Boneless pork belly
200 g Pineapple raw
200 g Avocado raw
200 g Sweet potato
80 g DEKORA® Piri Piri Brillant OKZ | G59830
20 g Onion Pepper Decor Seasoning Salt CLA | M3980
4 pcs. MOGUNTIA bamboo skewers 20 cm (5 x 200 pcs.) | I89128

RECOMMENDED PREPARATION:

Cut the pork belly, pineapple and avocado into approx. 4 x 4 cm
cubes; then cut the sweet potatoes into 1 cm slices.
Season the belly with the marinade and the onion and pepper
seasoning salt.
Starting with the meat, alternate the pieces on the skewer.

PREPARATION:

Cook the skewer in the oven at 180 °C for approx. 45 min.
(indirect heat).

ORIENTAL BEEF RUMP IN COOKING BAG

INGREDIENTS:

1 kg Young bull‘s hip
50 g Sweet Chilli Sauce Hf | I33760
20 g Onion Pepper Decor Seasoning Salt CLA | M3980
3 pcs. Red and green pepper slices
1 pcs. Lemon
1 pcs. Cooking bag | I77287

RECOMMENDED PREPARATION:

Cut the beef rump properly, rub with the Sweet Chilli Sauce Hf and
season with the Onion Pepper Decor Spice Salt CLA.
Place the seasoned roast in the cooking bag with the pepper slices.

PREPARATION:

Roast the cooking bag in the oven or on the grill to a core
temperature of 55 °C. Garnish with lemon slices before serving.
